• Dealing with external/internal queries both over the telephone, email and in person
• Taking messages and/or directing calls to relevant personnel
• Logging all relevant service calls and prioritising/recognising their urgency
• Maintaining records to a high precision level
• Maintaining detailed administration of loan equipment and scheduling deliveries and collections from accounts
• Administration and logging all goods in/out
• Daily admin duties include; filing, faxing, photocopying etc.
• Visitor handling; meet/greet visitors and keeping Visitor book up to date
• Organisation and distribution of internal and external post
• Typing includes; data input, producing letters / mail outs, formatting documentation etc.
• Contacting customers and processing orders for repairs.
• Supporting Technical Service Manager, Field Service Engineers & Workshop Technicians in a variety of ad hoc duties as and when required
• Supporting and participating in Health & Safety activities
• Performing basic inspections on medical equipment
• Organising and coordinating domestic deliveries
• File all documentation daily.
• Providing POD’s on request.
