• Achieve the budgeted sales in the assigned COTs (Class of Trade(s)) and always ensure the application of the company’s policies and ‘The Covidien Guide to Business Conduct’. • Ensure that territory planning is undertaken on a weekly basis utilising plan and review and company IS systems. • Implement as directed company selling strategies with particular emphasis on focus products and/or class of trade(s). • Ensure customers are supported in respect of sales appointments and theatre scrubs or ward visits to meet company face to face customer contact requirements. • Liaise directly with customer service to ensure that customers receive the appropriate level of customer service and resolve customer queries. • Ensure company requirements are met in terms of expense reporting, territory management and key customer support. • Participate in additional projects upon request.

Requirements
• Preferably degree educated in scientific discipline or achieved school matriculation. • At least 3 years Medical device experience in multinational companies • Account management experience preferred • PC literate with MS-Office competency • English at First Certificate level • Basic understanding of business functions • Awareness of healthcare and public sector • Driving licence • Sales Ability/Persuasiveness • Customer Focus • Commitment and dedication to operate to the highest professional and ethical standards. • Perseverance • Communication Skills • Customer Focus • Decision Quality • Approachability • Functional Technical skills • Peer Relationships • Action Orientated & self motivated • Drive for results • Analytical & Planning skills • Creative thinking • Teamwork • Ability to cooperate with others • Excellent communication skills and strong team player • Strong interpersonal communication & networking skills • Detailed and focused
